Some gifts require appraisal or advance approval in order to be accepted. Examples of gifts of property include tickets to athletic and cultural events for our students, books and reference materials for our library, artwork and art supplies, office supplies, computer hardware and software, office and dormitory furniture, and laboratory equipment.

Inkind Gifts & Services: Over the years, Saint Paul’s College has benefitted from many talented and dedicated volunteers and business owners who have provided pro-bono and inkind gifts to the College.  Today, the need is even greater for volunteers to give generously of their time and business to donate goods and services to help defray some of the annual operating costs of the College.  Our greatest needs are currently in the areas of building, grounds, construction, HVAC and electrical services and equipment; historical buildings restoration services; carpeting, flooring and painting; printing services; classroom and office furniture and supplies; laboratory equipment; shuttle vehicles for student activities; travel and accommodation vouchers for student academic scholars to attend regional and national competitions, demonstrations and symposiums; computer lab enhancements and training services; administrative and archival assistance; and much, much more.  We greatly appreciate and rely upon your generosity in the giving of your valuable time or of your goods and services that enable Saint Paul’s College to provide a thriving and nourishing environment for its students, faculty, staff, administration and surrounding communities.

Real Estate: A gift of real estate may be a principal residence or vacation residence, a farm, a commercial building, a subdivision lot, or unimproved land. The gift may be the entire property or a fractional interest in the property. All gifts of real estate require approval by Saint Paul’s College. Saint Paul’s Office of Institutional Advancement can walk you through the approval process.
